Salvador Olguin (Monterrey, 1979) has published poetry and other genres in printed and online publications in Mexico, Spain, and the United States. His book, La carabela portuguesa (The Portuguese Man O’War) received the Carmen Alardin National Poetry Award in 2010. Salvador was a member of Observatory, an arts collective dedicated to promote interdisciplinary projects in New York City. He currently lives in Brooklyn.
