Paloma Rojo

Paloma Rojo was born in 1999 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She holds a degree in Creative Writing from the National University of the Arts (UNA) and completed a Diploma in Race, Gender, and Injustice at the National University of San Martín. She earned a Master’s degree in Narrative Journalism from UNSAM. In July 2025, she was accepted into the Master’s program in Creative Writing at the University of Seville. Her undergraduate thesis and first book of poems, “Alter Ego,” was published by Halley Ediciones in April 2025. In addition to poems, she writes essays, journalistic pieces, and short stories. Her work has been published in anthologies and digital and print media in Argentina and Spain. Her play, “Lo Enterrado” (The Buried), was selected for a radio drama production by UNA. She curated and edited the short story anthology “La Calle Infinita” (The Endless Street), published by Cátulo Ediciones. She’s part of the communications team and a writer for Revista Fulana, a Buenos Aires publication about counterculture and alternative art. Her writing incorporates styles characteristic of 1990s Argentine poetry, confessional poetry, and the demystification of femininity. In her free time, she dances in her living room.
