Introduction to work with sound and music studio. Learning the basics of acoustics, microphone recording, digital mixing (computer) and analog mixing (tape). First steps in Ableton Live to produce live music. Design and idea of a contemporary art projects with the use of sound and/or music.

  • Printmaking workshop with Estel Boada (visual artist and designer from Barcelona)

Introduction to printmaking using the motorized chalcographic printing press (80 cm wide) available at Can Serrat, through different technics regarding the project.

From the initiation to basic techniques to monitoring on a specific project – from the pinhole camera to digital one – In anyway, try to teach and experiment photography as a medium for contemporary art –

Introduction to products and recipes from Montserrat area. A journey through the different herbs and spices that can be found in the region , their use and properties, the development of traditional dishes revisited with seasonal produces such as tomatoes, walnuts and mató from Montserrat. We propose monographic workshops 4 hours in which elaborate recipes and share them with a good wine with all attendees.

Meet curators and local artists, visit museum, gallery, emergent art places, such as ADN Galeria, Et.Hall, Angels, Can Felipa, FirePlace, CCCB, SantaMonica, Palau de la Virreina, La Capella, Escalera de Incendios, Multiplos, Hangar, Homesession, Espai Colona, etc.

The workshop shows how to cut, and change the shape of the glass, making it a theme. Glass can be colored, transparent, can change the nature of the result of temperature. He has a space of light and seems also interesting sounds. We are exploring the possibility of learning to cut and burn them in a new shape that we can give him.

At a meeting design and cut, then we prepare to firing in the kiln, and come up with the idea of presenting a whole. The presentation can be spatial and flat, we can use her as light, sound and words.
