Megan Broughton is a visual artist, cellist, and writer based in Napa/Los Angeles, CA. Her writings are featured in FANZINE, Enclave, and Entropy where she is a Contributing Editor. Her current art is an exploration of musical heritage and the communities fostered and targeted due to those political points of culture.

At Can Serrat in October 2014, she created a series of monoprints and engravings focusing on shared forms, characteristics, and vocabularies between human bodies and the natural world. These were directed toward thoughts of natural markmaking, humans in relation to space and each other, how and why we identify with certain geologic sites, and the need to place ourselves more fully and with less ego into our environments and heritage.
