Megan Broughton is a visual artist, cellist, and writer based in Napa/Los Angeles, CA. Her writings are featured in FANZINE, Enclave, and Entropy where she is a Contributing Editor. At Can Serrat in October 2014, she created a series of monoprints and engravings focusing on shared forms, characteristics, and vocabularies between human bodies and the natural world. These were directed toward thoughts of natural markmaking, humans in relation to space and each other, how and why we identify with certain geologic sites, and the need to place ourselves more fully and with less ego into our environments and heritage.
