Charlotte Daniëlse (1996, NL) flies back and forth between Antwerp and Ghent, leaving behind a trial of bread crumbs and swaying installations. With a background in photography and a more recent passion for sculpture, her skill as a visual storyteller is enriched with a more hands-on approach such as working with ceramics, metalwork and plaster. The stories she creates become tangible and fill up a room, where she invites you to momentarily dive into a parallel world and experience the story. The works gather like individuals in a scenography, where they start playing, talking, connecting and interacting with each other and with you.
Charlotte will take her residency in Can Serrat in November 2024.
