From December 8th to January 7th, Can Serrat pauses its regular residency program and opens its doors to the Winter Community, inviting artists, writers, and nature lovers from all professional backgrounds to live together, reflect, and work on their projects.

 

What we offer:

  • 16 charming rustic bedrooms of various sizes available for private or shared accommodation.
  • Versatile workspaces: multipurpose workshops, shared studios, and outdoor areas for different disciplines.
  • Connections with the local community and the Can Serrat network.
  • Access to all common areas (fully equipped kitchen, dining room with fireplace, bathrooms, terraces, etc.).
  • Use of Can Serrat’s equipment (projectors, manual printing press, basic DIY tools).
  • Utilities included (gas, water, electricity, internet) + heating fee – sustainable use is essential.
  • Minimum stay of 30 days (December 8th – January 7th).
  • Can Serrat provides cleaning products and expects all residents to participate in maintaining the space.
  • Residents are responsible for purchasing their own food.

Private room for individuals – 623.56€/month*

Shared room — 468.93€/mes

* Private room price for one person. If coming with a partner, family, or friends, the additional cost is 141.52€/month per extra adult and 77.49€/month per child (aged 5-18 years).
