Erna Skúladóttir

Erna E Skúladóttir is an Icelandic visual artist, living and working between Norway and Iceland. She holds a MA degree in Fine Art from Kunst og -designhøgskolen i Bergen and a BA degree from same school. She is a part of the Topographies of the Oblolete reasearch project and collaborates on large scale works with artist Karin Blomgren. Her work has been shown at Galleri F15, Visningsrommet USF, KRAFT, Bergen Kunsthall, Hafnarborg and the British Ceramics Biennial.

During my stay at Can Serrat I am working on my project – Landscapes of Transformation : Illusion of Stability. A site specific project based in ceramics and geology where I investigate agents of transformation and fluidity of raw materials.
