Bansi is a multidisciplinary research artist specialising in urban narratives through both written and visual mediums. Her work explores the intersection of spatial design and cultural narratives, focusing on how urban environments shape human experiences and well-being.
Bansi’s interests lie in the dynamic relationship between cities and their inhabitants, and she uses prose and photography to reveal these complex interactions. Her recent project, “Ineffable Infinity,” contrasts urban landscapes with expansive natural environments, investigating how nature influences creativity and emotional well-being.
Passionate about understanding the subtleties of spatial experiences, Bansi is captivated by the emotional resonance of cities and the narratives embedded within them. Her art aims to reveal the subtle dynamics at play and offer meaningful perspectives on our relationship with both urban and natural environments.
Bansi is doing her residency at Can Serrat between July and August 2025.
