Martine Jonsrud is a writer from Norway, currently living in Oslo. Her first novel ´Juni, Juni´ was published on Forlaget Oktober in 2023. She has a Master of Arts in Media and Cultural Studies from Goldsmiths, University of London, and studied Creative Writing at the University of South-East Norway. For several years she worked in the UK arts industry, both in publishing and as an arts adviser for music and literature at the Norwegian Embassy in London. Her writing explores topics around belonging, gender, class, family relations, mental illness, spirituality and loneliness in the modern world.
