He holds a Master’s degree in Translation and Interpreting Research (UJI) and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Classical Studies at the University of Buenos Aires. His research interests center on literary translation, classical studies, and the archetype of the witch. He works as a reviewer and translator for the German publishing house Bücherpiraten. He is also the founder and coordinator of Traditori: Literatura, Dramaturgia y Género (Traditori: Literature, Dramaturgy, and Gender), an academic journal dedicated to the study of literature from gender and translation perspectives. He is currently developing an innovative methodological approach called Feminist Transcreation, which understands translation as a space for political, creative, and subversive intervention, aimed at questioning patriarchal narratives and reinterpreting the representation of women in literature.
Sebastian will be in residence in May and June 2026.
