Amanda Elida Varhaugvik is a Swedish/Norwegian artist based in Stockholm. Amanda’s work is a compelling blend of sound, textile craft, and performance art. In her performances, she pioneers innovative ways to spotlight costume as the primary actor. She invites various cultural practitioners to interpret textiles under her guidance. Working alongside fellow musicians, Amanda explores the potency of her voice as a captivating tool, conveying the ineffable and bridging the gap between performance and audience. Her voice invites everyone into a transcendent journey.
