Josefina Farhat

Visual Artist, Image and Sound Designer from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina. She has worked since 2004 in the Art departments -as set designer and director- for different film and advertising productions at national and international level. In 2012, already moved to Playa del Carmen, Mexico, she founded her own photography studio where she does fashion and event photography for different brands.

She did workshops as a creative and copywriter at Underground Argentina. In 2019 she studied with James Benning contemplative cinema at the Film School of San Antonio de los Baños, Cuba. She is currently studying the Diploma of Current Photography FORMA at the Center for Research and Innovation and Development of the Arts (CEIIDA).

Josefina makes her residency at Can Serrat during the month of June 2023.
