I am a computational biologist working in cancer drug discovery. In the past, I’ve been a researcher at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), at Tel Aviv University, in San Salvador and in Manhiça, Mozambique. During my PhD studies in Barcelona, I wrote a fiction book (“Més o menys jo”, 2014), and I have also contributed to a couple of anthologies of Catalan writers. I have completed a Master’s in Creative Writing and I have been a writer-in-residence at the Fundació Joan Miró. My short-term goal is to equally split my working hours between science and writing.
