En el marco de este jurado, se recibieron muchas solicitudes de escritor.a.e.s de todo el mundo y una gran cantidad de ellas fueron de una calidad impresionante. Se seleccionaron 30 propuestas (Una beca completa, 10 becas del 70%, 10 becas del 50%, 10 becas del 30%).
