Roisin Dunnett (b.1988) is a fiction writer and essayist based in London. Her fiction focuses on gender, metamorphosis, and the creation of contemporary fables. She has produced commissioned writing on queer night-life and the language of contemporary romance, reflecting an ongoing interest in the future of intimacy. Her practice encompasses collaboration with sound and visual artists, and she is interested in exploring methods of live pose performance. In the past she has participated in creative projects in Iceland, India and Canada. She plans to use her time at Can Serrat to work on her novel, a work of magical realist detective fiction.
